Orders placed through our website are processed within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to get your package ready for shipment as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Costs
1. Standard Shipping: This method takes 3-5 business days for delivery and is available at a flat rate of $5 within the continental United States. For Hawaii and Alaska, the rate may vary.
2. Shipping Days: To minimize the risk of melted products, we ship all orders containing body butters and other heat-sensitive items on Mondays only. This helps ensure that your products arrive in the best possible condition.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently only ship within United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if we are unable to deliver to your location at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Returns
